Flying BA WTP
I went to London on BA in World Traveller Plus departing on a Wednesday evening for a long weekend. WTP is the class between econ/bus class it has more leg room and is 2 / 4 / 2 seating .
This product is showing its age and is due to be enhanced later this year. To tell you the truth the current product is only value when booked in the discount class of T and if I had to pay the higher W class fare, I would look for either a tier 3 carrier (ie. A Chinese carrier in business class) or even the great FINNAIR BUS CLASS (one world) airfare we have for just the little more.
Likes about WTP
Private cabin / first service / more leg room / great service
Dislikes about WTP
Can not put up the arm rests / BA food
London Hotel
In London I went to visit the St Martins Lane Hotel a 4 1/2 star trendy media type hotel (just to big note Paris Hilton was having lunch behind me)
As a Reho exclusive we have been given rates from 195.00 GBP per night for it and its sister hotel The Sanderson from 200.00 GBP per night. Please contact your dedicated consultant for these.
Both hotels are cool, funky and hip hotels which are in the right spot for all London has to offer including a great bit of star spotting
Heathrow Airport
After hearing nightmare stories check in was easy and no dramas occurred the only comment was the lack of food in the BA Lounge . If you are entitled to use the premier check in desk, note that you are also entitled to use the premier transit lanes at London Heathrow. |
